has been in business since 1974, working in
 We have a background in hardware and plumbing stores having managed Mitre 10 and others. We have worked for Dept. of Works Qld Govt. doing repairs and painting schools and Dept of Primary Industries buildings. We also had a lot of work in the under pinning levelling and re stumping sector.
We built new homes in the eighties before starting to concentrate on Home Renovations.
What you can expect::
A standard Housing Industry Association contract with full QBSA Insurance is used for each project. Our customers are pleased to know exactly what work is getting done as listed on our A3 size quote/specification sheet, including details you want and a sketch plan of the work to
 be done.There is no shop, no salaried staff, and no heavy advertising, so overheads are reasonable, passing on savings to you, our customers.
We do use sub contractors & outsource extra professionals for the larger jobs, but most of the work is done by the builder/renovator and his partner.
This means - no hordes of workers taking over your home and leaving a mess everywhere.
We also supply tips and training to the Novice Owner Renovator so your hard earned money does not end up down .... |
